When Te Whānau o Waipareira welcomed Konnect Koncepts into their journey in 2016, the kaupapa was clear. We would move together with integrity, compassion and a shared commitment to uplift people and purpose. At a time of significant shifts in HR and compliance, Waipareira sought a partner who would walk alongside them. Not to lead from the front, but to support from within.
Guided by their whakataukī ‘Kōkiritia i roto i te kotahitanga’ which means to progressively act in unity, our partnership has grown through trust, transparency and genuine connection. Together we have co-designed systems that reflect Waipareira’s values, strengthened leadership and people processes, and adapted with care through growth and change.
This relationship has never been transactional. It is grounded in whakawhanaungatanga and driven by a shared belief in progress through unity. What we have built together is not only operationally strong but also woven with cultural depth and integrity.
