It all started with a simple idea: make HR more human. Founded in 2015 by CEO and Director TJ Mauheni-Zacharias, we’ve grown from a one-man consultancy into a full service outsourced HR, Recruitment, and Payroll provider supporting clients over Aotearoa and now in Australia.
