“User” / “Users” means any third party that accesses the Web Site and is not employed by Konnect Koncepts and acting in the course of their employment;
“Website” means the website that you are currently using and any sub-domains of this site unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions.
“Marketing Partners” means those organisations or agencies listed on the page of the Konnect Koncepts website labelled Marketing Partners with whom we share information for the purposes of finding candidates opportunities, matching them to opportunities and placing them into work and work with to deliver recruitment assignments jointly;
“Partners” means those other organisations or agencies listed on the page of the Konnect Koncepts website labelled Partners with whom we share information for the purposes of delivering a service to candidates; and
“Associates” means those individuals who undertake work for Konnect Koncepts as agents or contractors for the purpose of delivering a Recruitment Agency Service.

2.10 a list of URLS starting with a referring site, your activity on this website, and the site you exit to (automatically collected); and
2.11 Cookie information (see clause 10 below).
3. Our Use of Data
3.1 Konnect Koncepts will retain any personal Data you submit for as long as you use the Services and Systems provided on the Website. Data that you may submit through any communication system that we provide may be retained for a longer period.
3.2 Unless we are obliged or permitted by law to do so, and subject to Clause 4, your Data will not be disclosed to third parties. This does not include our affiliates and/or other companies within our group or organisation listed as Marketing Partners on the Konnect Koncepts website, with whom we share information for the purposes of finding candidates opportunities, matching them to opportunities, and placing them into work, as well as working with them to deliver recruitment assignments jointly.
