Konnect Koncepts offers a contract that is beneficial to both parties, and which can be discontinued at any point with a 30 day written notice. However, we feel that you will be completely satisfied with the service that we provide, and that rather than cancelling we will be involved in a long-lasting relationship.

Part of what we do is consult – YES. But what sets us apart from most consultants is that we actually do the work, too. We don’t offer HR advice or guidance and then leave you trying to figure out how to get it done. We handle everything or the parts you need help with.
Everyone at Konnect Koncepts that you talk to works directly for us. We don’t employ independent contractors to manage your HR for several reasons. It takes time to get to know you and your culture. We’re deeply focused on the quality of expertise you receive from our team. We have our own proven systems and processes that are constantly being updated, to keep you ahead of your competition. Our people get continually trained so we can pass current knowledge onto you.
You don’t have just one person assigned to you – you have the whole team supporting your account. This is one of the big things that separates us from hiring employees. The other benefit is that you don’t have the overheads/liabilities that come with employing someone for your HR functions. Depending on the account size, you may have a dedicated contact, however, all members of the team understand and know where your account is currently sitting.
This is a common question. After all, when you have someone internally you have someone available to use 40+ hours per week. If we feel you are best served by having your own HR staff, we’ll recommend this. But hiring someone also has an impact overall with training, time spent supporting team, resources, etc.

The definition of RPO is: Recruitment process outsourcing is a specialty within recruitment where an external provider acts as a company’s internal recruitment function for a portion or for all of its jobs. The recruiter may work virtually or onsite at the client’s office location on a fully outsourced, on-demand or project basis as follows:

  • FULLY OUTSOURCED: The client outsources all facets of the recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding for the client, or within a specific geographic region, division, department or function.
  • PRO PROJECT: RPO Projects are typically three to six months in duration. They are designed to meet a specific challenge and make a positive impact on your business quickly. RPO projects are often used for new organisational initiatives, reducing hiring backlogs, new product launches, workforce expansion or reorganisation, or sourcing to fill your talent database for filling future vacancies.
  • ON-DEMAND RECRUITMENT: Add a seasoned recruiter from our bench to your team for a designated period of time. On-demand recruiters may provide sourcing, recruiting, screening, interviewing or technology services, depending on your specific need.
Scalability and Flexibility: This refers to our ability to increase or decrease the number of recruiters we deploy to a client depending on their recruitment volumes. As the recruitment volumes increase, we grow the number of recruiters deployed. As the recruitment volumes decrease, we deploy the recruiters to other solutions we manage.

Reduced Time-to-hire: Measured from the date we receive the new role to the time when a candidate accepts a job offer. We typically reduce the time it takes to recruit a new hire by 30-50%. Hiring good people faster and reducing down time can substantially help productivity.

Cost Reduction: The amount of cost reduction will depend on what recruitment model the client has used in the past and what type of new model they are implementing. If a client has solely relied on recruitment agencies in the past to fill all roles, then cost savings can be in the 30% - 70% range on a cost-per-hire basis. Clients moving from an in-house model to an outsourced model, may not save as much, but they will achieve other benefits (i.e. reduced time-to-fill, scalability and flexibility, increased quality of hire, reduction of resource costs)

Quality of hire: Konnect Koncepts has proprietary processes and assessment tools that ensure the optimal fit between the role, person, organisational culture. We start by creating a comprehensive job and person brief, we find talent from a wide range of sources (internal, referrals, internet, job-boards, networks etc.), and depending on the clients requirements, we also conduct behavioural profiling and reference checks to assess candidate fit and make the offer on behalf of the client.

We have three basic models, but all pricing is tailored to the individual client:

  • Annual management fee, charged monthly, which is tied to the number and cost of recruiters allocated to your business
  • Fee per placement (fixed fee or % per placement) payable on successful placement of the candidate
  • Combined management fee, plus reduced placement fee

All third party advertising is on-charged.
Yes, we find and shortlist suitable candidates, but the client retains control of the hiring decision.
We are technology agnostic, meaning while we have experience with a range of different technologies we are not wedded to any one technology. We can work with your chosen technology, or we can use our own technology tailored to your needs.

We understand that finding a new position can be a very stressful undertaking for candidates, and we want to leave them a positive, stress-free impression, regardless of whether they are hired. Throughout the recruitment process, our recruiters are regularly in touch with candidates to retain their interest in the opportunity. Building strong relationships with candidates is key to ensuring that they are excited, educated, and engaged with our clients as employers of choice.
