TJ is the founder of Konnect Koncepts and is involved in all aspects of the company’s long term strategic growth plan. His career & experience spans 25+ years, working across multiple business sectors and industries, assisting companies develop, streamline and improve processes on a day to day basis.
His goal is to create, build and deliver outsourced solutions that are an alternative to the standard.
By investing in the development of Konnect Koncepts platforms and his passion and dedication to client satisfaction, he believes companies will eventually see that there is another way to manage your business.
George manages Commerical and Technology Operations for Konnect-Koncepts. He has worked in IT and technology based services ever since the IBM PC launched back in the 1980s. His career has seen him working at senior levels in UK based multinationals, software companies and outsourced services organisations up until 2010, when he and kiwi wife and son moved back to New Zealand. He is an experienced company director and is active in the wider Auckland Business community.
George is a passionate advocate of high quality outsourced services that delivers business improvement. He has worked closely with TJ from the early beginnings of Konnect-Koncepts and now more formally joins the business to help take our expansion forward.
Andrea is a multi-skilled professional with extensive experience in various industries within New Zealand.
Andrea has enjoyed a career in People & HR; Health & Safety; Payroll leadership, Training, Small Business Accounting and Customer Service.
She has an approachable nature that builds and develops trust and strong relationships with ease.
Andrea is determined to deliver you optimal customer service at the highest level.
Victoria joined Konnect Koncepts in 2018 and is the Recruitment & Payroll Coordinator. She has worked in Recruitment for the past eight years and before this in Retail Management.
The majority of Victoria’s recruitment experience is from living in London for seven years where she specialised in recruiting for carious Charity Fundraising and Call Centre organisations.
She and her husband decided to return home to New Zealand in 2017 with their new son to enjoy the typical kiwi lifestyle. Victoria enjoys understanding a company’s needs and their culture, which enables her to provide high caliber applicants that fit in with their organisation.
Debbie comes to Konnect Koncepts with knowledge and experience within the HR and Recruitment functions.
Debbie has experience in both large corporates and small business, in the property and finance sectors. Here she was responsible for end-to-end recruitment, payroll, health & safety, training and development and employee relations.
Debbie can apply various processes and techniques to improve Konnect Koncepts relationships with their clients. Having a passion for customer service, Debbie provides a personable approach and manner when dealing with clients and other relationships.
Janine Hume joined Konnect-Koncepts as the Accounts & Administration Co-ordinator, coming from a career within the building industry . Janine is a dedicated Office Manager with experience in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks. During her career Janine has gained extensive experience in Accounts Payable, Debtors, Infantry Control, Data Management and Health & Safety Administration.
Janine is an excellent asset to the team with knowledge of MYOB, XERO and MAXIM, she enjoys new challenges and is a skilled relationship builder who is passionate about providing optimum customer service.
